Thanks, I didn't remember the unsovable one ,11982. Although I tried it on the way to my present 12810 number Karl In Response to Re: Is it true that all Free Cell games are winnable?: In Response to Re: Is it true that all Free Cell games are winnable? : No they are not. If you google free cell, the message will tell you which games are not winable (if that's a word) I have been playing Free Cell for years and can conquer most every game eventually, but the ones listed to not be solvable...well, so far they are right. However I keep a list of them and will return from time to time...just in case. :-) Posted by joanlas |

A couple of years or so ago, there was a glitch in Deja Vu Solitaire, and scores were being accumulated, rather than starting over at zero, so there are a handful of impossible scores there. Perhaps that's the same thing that happened with Free Cell. I sure wish the bogus scores were removed, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for that to happen. All games are winnable out of the first 32000 except for one. My question is this? You get 260 points for solving the freecell on the AARP game. You also get one point per second bonus for any unused time of your original 10 minutes or 600 seconds. Suppose you immediately solved the game. That 260 points for solving and 600 points for unused seconds for a grand total score of 860 points. Please tell me how you can score 865 points which is the alleged record for the game. Thanks.
