To clear your cache and cookies using Internet Explorer:

1. Click on the "Tools" icon in your tool bar
2. Select "Internet

 Options" and make sure you are in the "General Tab"

3. Click on the "Delete" button under Browsing History and select

 "Delete Files" to clear your cache
4.A warning box will appear
5.Click yes and you will successfully clear your cache
6. To clear your cookies, click "Delete Cookies"

7. A warning box will appear

8. Click Yes and you will successfully delete your cache and

cookies

 To clear using Safari:

1. Click on the Safari menu

2. Click on "Empty Cache and Cookies"

3. A warning box will appear

4. Click on "Empty"

To clear using Firefox:

1. Click on the "Tools" menu

2. Select "Clear Recent History"

3. Choose the "Time Range" from the drop-down menu (to clear your

entire cache, select "Everything")
4. Click the down arrow next to"Details," to choose what history elements you want to clear (e.g.

check cookies to clear cookies).

5. Click "Clear Now"

The instructions for clearing the cache and cookies may be

different for your browser depending upon the version you are using.
