Anyone else having trouble with Spider Solitaire?  I can't get the cards to move tonight.  Been playing for the past several days with no prob so I have no clue as to what's wrong.  I played a crossword puzzle with no prob tonight.

Me too.  I can't get the face down deck to deal.

I can't even find Spider Solitaire.  What's happened to it?

It is working for me. I used the drop down menu to get it. Are you in Firefox? Maybe it's your browser?

Something has changed with this game on my computer.  The cards are fuzzy, there are black edge lines which do not line up.  Other games seem the same.

I can't even load the game. I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Flash Player as AARP's troubleshooting says, but no luck.  How do we get in touch with AARP; something is definitely wrong.

Are you perhaps not aware that the game area has been completely redesigned? Maybe the link you are using to get to Spider Solitaire is the old one and that is the problem. I just play the game and it works fine. Try going to the main AARP website and click on the "games" link. When you get to the games page (at the top under the AARP logo) click on "Card" in the row that offers the types of games. From there you will be taken to a listing of all the card games. Bookmark this page for easy return. Hope this helps.

I've tried every way to get to the game, but it just won't load.  Clearly the new design is not meshing with my computer, but I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone for help.  Seems to me AARP should be more willing to offer troubleshooting when they redesign the sight.  I never had any problems before the redesign.

I've played Spider Solitaire on AARP for a long time--and yes, I've wasted a lot of time doing so.  The redesign changed it significantly.  One 'improvement' is that you can back out of moves for the entire 'hand' dealt where before you could only back out of one move.

HOWEVER--the 'randomness' of the game has been changed.  The coding has been changed significantly and the game is no longer 'fun' .  It's like throwing a basketball through a hoop at a carnival--the game is rigged against the player.  I'm not a genius by any means, but I was a fairly good player.  I'm not any more.  The game is no longer 'fun' when you have practically no chance of getting a good score except with one deck.

I'm not going to mention the leaderboard's problems or those stupid memberpoints that don't show where they are supposed to show, 'cause they are just annoyances.  The screwing around with the way the game plays, however, is another thing altogether.

I play for fun.  It is no longer fun.

How does the scoring system works for the leader board for Spider Solitaire? I play all day once a week and never make the leader board or at midnight when the board changes scores are posted 2-3000 in a second, how? The scores never changes for the rest of the day, why?
