In Response to Re: Spider Solitaire Trouble: I can't even load the game. I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Flash Player as AARP's troubleshooting says, but no luck. How do we get in touch with AARP; something is definitely wrong. Posted by jpjunction Are you perhaps not aware that the game area has been completely redesigned? Maybe the link you are using to get to Spider Solitaire is the old one and that is the problem. I just play the game and it works fine. Try going to the main AARP website and click on the "games" link. When you get to the games page (at the top under the AARP logo) click on "Card" in the row that offers the types of games. From there you will be taken to a listing of all the card games. Bookmark this page for easy return. Hope this helps. |

Posted by Sparkel18 I've tried every way to get to the game, but it just won't load. Clearly the new design is not meshing with my computer, but I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone for help. Seems to me AARP should be more willing to offer troubleshooting when they redesign the sight. I never had any problems before the redesign. |
