Why is it taking 4-5 minutes just to load a game, and then when finished, another 4-5 minutes to start again?

Same thing here.  Must be a problem on the AARP servers not on our end.

Yesterday in the late afternoon (Central time) I began having trouble with the games not wanting to reload. Or rather they were taking about 5 minutes to reload. I would get a blank page with the link p.rfihub.com showing at the bottom. Also the area that had said "Hi, Frances" had switched to "Register | Login". I eventually I gave up and went to other areas of the AARP site where everthing seemed to be running normally. I tried playing games a short while ago and it was still very slow.

Performance problems off and on; difficult to pinpoint . Inconsistent  yet prevalent. Wearisome.

Along with being really slow to load games, I've got phantom sound tracks. After I play Sparks & go to another game, the fireworks sound effects from Sparks continues. Weird?

The games will not even load for me.  The entire site is so slow for me that navigation is aggravating at best..  I have yet to play any of the brain games.

In Response to Re: Slow performance:

Frances, I've had the same problem with slow performance. I've noticed this on some games where I have to click twice on the mouse for any action to occur. Also, after playing a few games, it takes time for a new one to download. I think it has to do with AARP more than my computer.
