Welcome to Rainbow Illusion, the fifth and final challenge question of the brain sweeps companion contest! For any first-timers out there here's a reminder of how this works: Each week I post a brain teaser challenge question in this forum and you provide an answer in a reply post. We'll collect responses all week up until midnight Thursday, and on Friday the answer will be revealed and a $20 gift card will be awarded at random. A person is eligible to win whether they answer correctly or not. Let's begin... What happens when you stare at this oddly colored arc? Instructions: 1. Stare at the black dot for 20 seconds. 2. Next, look up at the sky or a light-colored wall. After this contest has been going on for 24 hours, I am proud to be only the 5th entrant and say that you see a rainbow of different colors on the wall. BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE SOMETHING ON THE WALL, TUNE IN TO THIS DISCUSSION LATER TODAY AROUND 11AM OR 12PM, AND YOU WILL SEE, NOT THE 5 ENTRANTS AFTER 24 HOURS YOU SAW THIS MORNING, BUT YOU WILL SEE AN ENTRANT EVERY MINUTE, SOMETIMES TWO ENTRANTS EVERY MINUTE UNTIL THERE ARE HUNDREDS. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!! I actually updated this post this morning at 9:05am on April 30th after there had been NO ENTRANTS throughout the night. AMAZING!!
