I see the new game area redesign is now online. I've been playing around with it tonight. A lot to get used to. Things I like: New games Updated games Things I do not like: The longer wait between games in which you have to look at an ad for 4 seconds Some of the games are not posting scores yet Too much movement on the page Too confusing

I, too, don't like the new design for the gaming area.  It just is too confusing! And, what do you do with these points you gain.  I've been trying to find out how to spend them and there just isn't any place that tells you.  A total wast!!

Am I missing it?  Where is the "Shuffle" on the Mahjongg Dark sites. Instruction say that you can Shuffle; you still can on the other Mahjongg Dimensions site.

When there are no more matches, a "Shuffle" box will pop up on the screen automatically.

I really dislike the new Mahjongg Dimensions.  It is slow to load and slow between games.  The excess movement during the game is hard to adjust to.  Please bring back the old.

The old style of games was just fine.  Now, the Word Craft game won't add up points for the "magic bonus words," and where is the Driver Safety game??  Also there is way too much in-your-face advertising - tacky...
I think you can do better than this.

What has become of Eggz?  It's there.  It's gone.  It pretends to be there and you wait, but it never comes on.  Please fix it someone.

I agree with all of the previous posts!  If your aim is to stop folks from wasting their time on games, then you are certainly succeeding!!  I've played Spider Solitaire for months and the revamped game is awful!  Why on earth can I get a higher score when winning on easy than on medium? And that lead time between games is ridiculous! PUT IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree...the new format and lack of "fairness" in awarding points is crazy-making.  And while I see the "odd" post from AARP in response, it doesn't seem as though they are caring about the negative feedback.  They seem to be a bit defensive and say they are getting positive feedback but I sure don't see any positive responses.

Backgammon now has a bug.  When reentering the board from the bar, the player is not allowed to reenter if the opponent has 2 pieces on a point blocking it.  The computer player now ignores that rule and cheats.  It's also annoying that the dice take longer to roll because they swirl around longer.  It's pointless and slow.

I totally agree with you. I posted my opinion when the new 'design' first replaced the older version. I guess nothing is being done to change the flawed version. Checked back this morning again nothing has been changed.
I now play Backgammon, Spaded & Hearts on this site....

The cards are now too small on Hollywood Solitaire. We're old people, right? Our eyes need all the help they can get!

Ever since the redesign the games take much longer to load.  Then it freezes so that I cannot play it a second time without closing out of AARP and resigning on.  Keep getting "AARP not responding" messages.  I'll say!

The ads are bigger, more intrusive and the games are comparatively puny and slower and less clear.  I know your advertising revenue is a lot greater than the membership subscription revenue, but couldn't you make it less obvious you are more interested in selling us stuff than entertaining us or "keeping our minds active" ?

Thanks for the link to NabiscoWorld, libra!  I absolutely love their Backgammon game, and if I can ever drag myself away from playing "just one more game," then someday I'd like to try some of the other games, too.  The board is small, but it's such a pleasure to play against a computer opponent who not only plays well, but doesn't cheat!
