In Response to Re: New Game Area Redesign: What do you think: If you want to see how much AARP values your membership and your feedback, do what I have done. First, send an e-mail (5 days ago) to which no one responds. Second, call AARP at 1-888-687-2277 and speak with Member Services. The receptionist will (a) refuse to put your call through to the website team because they are not currently accepting comments, (b) refuse to give you a name or address to which you can mail a complaint, and (c) refuse to give you more than the first name ("Chris") of her supervisor who will not speak with you but who is telling her what she can and cannot do. By the way, when you first call and they ask for your membership number, they will thank you for being a valued memebr of AARP for "x" years. Right! AARP Member Services should be renamed Member Non-Services. Posted by Rhenish Excellent summation. I will finally give up any attempt to be served by AARP. Unfortunate but I will not join AARP again. Don't like their political agenda anyway. TXS Rhenish

In Response to Re: New Game Area Redesign: What do you think: Why do away with Road Trip Mahjongg? It is the only Mahjongg game that you can readily read the tiles. The others are funky, pale, and I don't read Chinese. PLEASE bring it back. So I started on Jigsaw puzzles with Road Trip unavailable. Now I can't find puzzles. Is this a bunch of kids that think they are fooling around with "old people", or just people who don't care? Posted by mo2004 AARP does not care |
