It is 12:30am and the games scoreboard still has yesterday's daily scores on it. It seems that each day's errors further enhance everyone's veiw that the IT people at AARP are unable and unwilling to

Right now we are at 14 hours and 41 minutes into another day of scores that have NOT been reset to zero.  The brain trust that passes itself off as a web team should be embarrassed to say the least.  Hey guys and gals, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!!  I hope that AARP realizes that if their game web site is screwed up that members will just go to other sites to play games.  Ergo,  no one will be looking at their sponsors' ads It's totally pathetic how they treat members

You are so right. It would be funny if it weren't so sad. I just got off a 20 minute call where I was transferred from one front line agent to supposedly someone in the IT department in Lakewood California (I believe I said Glenwood before). Anyway, the person who answered was another front line agent. She said she was in Lakewood California so I thought I might be getting somewhere but I ended up going round and round with her. She said when you call in with a games problem, you are speaking to someone in Washington DC headquarters and they have to send an email to Lakewood ( in this case I was transferred by phone to Lakewood). Then the next part really got me. She said once they ascertain the issue in Lakewood they then have to transfer information and inform Headquarters in Washington to initiate resolution of the problem. My head is spinning. They are worse than Congress.  Also, I had sent emails regarding this issue to the Community Host. After 6 days and 6 emails, they finally responded. Guess what they said.......that they "forwarded" the issue to the "games" department and that they "invite me" to discuss this on the AARP message board. I know nobody reads these posts and now they have made up a "games" department, along with an "IT" department, along with a "web team" none of which can be contacted directly by the consumer and not even by the front line agents. Everything is put in a centrifuge to confuse and discourage the end user. What a secretive organization!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: While I was talking to this person the scores updated.

NOW THERE HAS BEEN 8 DAYS OF INACTION BY THE INEPT STAFF AT AARP. THE SCORES ONCE AGAIN HAVE NOT RESET AT MIDNIGHT. I BET IF ANYBODY CALLED BESIDES ME, THEY WOULD SAY TO THAT PERSON THAT THEY HAVE NOT HEARD OF THIS BEING A PROBLEM BEFORE. IT'S LIKE MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, MAN FROM UNCLE, AND THE FUGITIVE ALL WRAPPED INTO ONE OR.......................................................MAYBE, THE X-FILES.

I'm glad you mentioned "The Fugitive" (David Janssen, 1964-67),   I have the complete series on DVD.  My favorite show of all time. This problem with resetting the scores just keeps going on and on!  No one is listening.  The Web Team has screwed everything up and they don't know how to fix it.  Every time the site goes down and comes back up there is something wrong.  I'd say fire the web team.  They are definitely inept!!!!   If I were this bad I wouldn't have been able to be a research scientist for 33 years.  I would have been canned!  The AARP can do better than this.  God knows, they make enough money!  Boycott their advertisers!!
