It's been about 10 days since I posted a comment on Backgammon. It is still one of the dumbest games programmed on this website. I keep thinking that maybe someone will actually read these

It's been about 10 days since I posted a comment on Backgammon. It is still one of the dumbest games programmed on this website. I keep thinking that maybe someone will actually read these comments on the games and try to fix some of the problems. I have checked other game comments and apparently I am not the only disgruntaled participant. Come on guys, we're old...not stupid. |

Not only do the games need help (not working properly) but it says for me to login so I do and then it says - login. This site has some major problems. Wake someone in IT from their nap and tell them to fix it, please. |

I have Chrome and Windows 7, but didn't have this problem before when I was on Firefox.

I'm logged in and I use FireFox Browser. I click on a game to play and it will change over to the game but the game won't show up...no matter what game I try. All the game info shows up such as the name, etc but the middle where the game should be is blank. Anyone else having this problem? |

You have "Ad Blocker" on. FireFox can block spam causing websites. (Also called tracking cookies) Hence, no game will play because FireFox won't sell you out. If you look at the bottom left of your screen, you will see a light gray sign with ADP in it. Click the gray arrow key beside it the ADP. You will see that the AdBlock is on. You must disable it. Warning.... once you remove the AdBlock, you will get many many spam in your inbox from erection enhancers, dating, etc etc. I have been complaining about this for months! . Most of the games need help. First, there is only scant documentation provided about any of these games. How do I get a high score in this game?? No way to tell. Other games like Eggz defy probability. If you need a certain color to win a level you won't get it until you don't need it anymore. Then you'll get 9 eggz of the same color in a row. Your chances are 1 in about 2 million in getting that. So obviously it isn't a true random number generator that's running the game. It's keeping track of the colors that went before to determine the color of the next ball. Then there are timed games in which you have scores that indicate that the games were completed in 'zero' time or in a scant few seconds. Huh?? Then there are all-time high scores which are totally unrealistic. One game, in which the average high score for the week is normally about 100,000, has all-time high scores of +250 million. AARP should hire a good games person to go through this mess and clean it up. |
