This happened a few months ago and is happening again. At least once a day, I am being asked to fill out a survey for AARP by a "pop-up" from a company called Foresee. I have seen their surveys before and they are legit but to get one a day is ridiculous. They just fixed the problem of resetting the daily scores correctly and here is yet another problem. I called their customer service department and they are useless but after much research, have gotten a contact at their IT department. Her name is Wendy. While a nice person, she too, has given me inaccurate information. She was not aware of the status of the issue they were having with the daily scores resetting at midnight. She did say there was a person who reads these posts and others and addresses them. She walked me through joining the "help group", friending this person (AARPteri) and said that I should hear from this person within 24 hours as they are scanning the web site daily. That was a week ago. It seems that inaccuracies are the rule of the day at AARP. If they are inaccurate with stuff such as this kind of stuff, imagine what you are in for with them giving you inaccurate information on something important. I am not saying they do, I am just saying that there is a culture of inaccurate information spewed by their customer service people.
