Hi, My name is Simone and I am involved in a project entitled “Aging Well: Can Digital Games Help?” The purpose of this project is to investigate whether playing digital games can enhance older adults’ cognitive skills and social lives. I am a Masters student in the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University, working with Dr. David Kaufman. I am doing an online survey researching adults aged 55+ who play digital games (video/computer games of all sorts) and I am looking for volunteers to participate. The questionnaire will take approximately 10-15 minutes and on completion you can choose to put your name in a draw for one of 3 cash draws of $50. Your help would be appreciated and if you would like to receive a copy of the results, we would be happy to send you a copy at a later date. (contact Professor David Kaufman - dkaufman@sfu.ca). If you wish to participate, click on the link which will take you to full consent information prior to your accessing the survey. http://fluidsurveys.com/s/digital-game-survey/ Thank you so much for your time, Simone |
