In Response to Great Stir Fry: Stir Fry Recipe Ingredients: QTY Breakfast Steaks thinly sliced into strips Green Peppers 1 small - cut in square chunks Red Peppers 1 small - cut in square chunks Purple Onions 1 small - cut in square chunks Mushrooms 1/2 cup-sliced Asparagus 1/2 cup cut up Broccoli 1/2 cup of florets only Olive Oil Seasoning: Utensils : 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Deep Fry Pan or WOK with Lid Cooking Spatula Steps: 1 Slice Onion,Mushrooms,Peppers and set aside 2 Cut up asparagus,broccoli 3 Looks like a lot but once cooked it won't be that much 4 Heat pan up with olive oil 5 Place slice meat in olive oil 6 Sprinkle a little Worcestershire on meat 7 Cover -heat medium low 8 Allow beef to cook until mostly done 9 Drain meat 10 In pan add mushrooms,pepper,onions 11 Cover and cook until desired doneness 12 Check and stir 13 Add asparagus and broccoli 14 Sprinkle Worcestershire in-not a lot just for taste 15 Cover and cook until desired doneness Ideas: Bon Appétit and Enjoy !!!! Crockpot Potato Soup

1 30 oz. bag frozen hash browns-(small cubes NOT shredded) Ore Ida brand 3 14 oz. cans of chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup onion chopped 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1 pkg. cream cheese (NOT fat free it won’t melt)
In crockpot combine everything EXCEPT cream cheese. Cook for 6-8 hours on LOW heat. About 1 hour BEFORE serving, add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted. Serve and garnish with shredded cheese, dollop of sour cream, bacon bits, and chopped green onions on top of soup in bowl. |
