BABY BACK RIBS


MAKES ENOUGH FOR 1 RACK OF RIBS


INGREDIENTS

1 Can Pineapple Juice

½ Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 Tsp. Spice Hunter Ground Ginger

1 Onion, Chopped

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

About 3 ½ LBS. Baby Back Ribs


PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients except ribs mix well

Pour over ribs and refrigerate for several hours or overnight turning occasionally.

If using a grill, preheat on high for 10 minutes

Drain ribs, set aside marinade in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce flame on sauce pan to low.

Grill ribs, turning to brown evenly and brushing frequently with marinade until ribs are well done.
