All one has to do is watch Food Inc. Ever since I watched this film, I've been eating more veg. dishes and fewer meat dishes. I'm trying to give up meat but find it difficult. I now eat cage free chicken, wild fish, and have pretty much given up beef. As I only eat all natural, I'm not happy with a totally vegan diet. All the vegan recipes I see add suplements.

Keep fighting for the animals.

It is not by being vegan that you are going to solve the animal cruelty! IF you eat meat from animals grown by small farmers and raised in the grass there is no such cruelty! and one and for all COWS EAT ONLYHERB NO CORN OR GRAINS.They have 7 stomachs to digest herbs and produce milk. They cannot digest grains or corn , they develop infection it is why they are fed with antibiotics and hormones to grow fater and quicker and be killed without any respect for ttheir life. THAT KIND OF PROCESS HAS TO STOP! Yes but not the little farmers who raised the animals normally and treat them well until the end. Cruelty is not eating meat is making suffer! It is 2 different things.
Humans are omnivore which means they eat a bit of everything and they needprotein from animals, it is in our genes! We are not birds to eat grains, neither cows to eat herbs, nor fish to eat plancton. We need variety in food because we are genetically programed this way.
If you eat only vegetables, you are lacking of the animal proteins.
Grains is bad for you because of the Gluten and the ones which do not have Gluten have another similar protein which we cannot digest neither.  Soy is bad for you because of GMO. Milk and dairy are bad for you if they are pasteurized and worst homogenized. Why do you think all the degenerative diseases like rhumatism, RA, diabtes are touching our kids now and was not happening 100 years ago!
and what about FDA which cautions even the worst. Do you realize that the Food and Drugs are the same entity ! They feed you with crap and shoot you with drugs. Should be call CDA for Crap and Drugs Administration.
Our ancestors use to hunt animals for their daily food and pick fruits in season and vegetables
That is a perfect diet.
All processed food are killing us softly!
If you just eat grass-fed beef, organic or locally grown produces and fruits, raw dairy (butter, cream, milk) without any of processed soy, wheat, and no grains you will see your weight, energy and stamina improving.I know it because I do it and at 57 people think I am 45 and that only with good diet no surgery and..... a lot of knowledge about Nutrition!

Read Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman. Watch Forks over knives.  We need less protein than what people have been telling us. IIf you eat Fruits, Vegetable, Beans or lagumes, and Whole Grains, you will get enough protein and no Saturated Fat.

For the past month I have been eating a Plant based, no oil diet. It's a challenging diet to follow especially since I really don't know anyone  following a plan similar to this one. I get my motivation and support from my physican and watching  Dr. Sanjay Gupta on "You Tube"- which has led me to other knowlegeable information on You Tube.   I get my recipes from a book I read, " How to Prevent and Cure Heart Disease" by Caldwell B. Esselstyn. Recipes are contributed by his wife Ann, the doctor and some of his patients and friends.  It's a simple diet to follow : no meat, fish, oil or any dairy.  If it has a mother or a face its out.  I basically eat vegetables, fruits legumes and beans. 
 One recipe I got from the book was Eggplant-Tomato melt.
1) Preheat oven 450 degrees.
 2) One  eggplant peeled and sliced into 1/2-3/4 inch piece, and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
 3) Sprinkle  onion and garlic flakes on each eggplant slice.
 4) Put a heaping teaspoon of no tahini hummus on each slice. Be generous! (Sahara Cuisine no-tahini Organic Roasted Red Pepper Hummus). I make my own no oil roasted red pepper hummus because I can't find this brand.
 5) Slice tomatoes so that you have as many thickish slices as you have eggplant pieces, trying to match the diameter of the tomato slices to that of the eggplant.  Put a slice of tomato on top of the hummus.
6) Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until hummus is bubbling and eggplant is soft.  Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley for color and serve.

A lady in a bar may be busy with so much of things like listening to music and chattering with acquaintances. Simply put, a lady tends to "forget" the random things you tell her because she's processing too much info through her senses. Don't beat around the bush and ask her to join you for one round or for a breath of fresh air.
