I do not ee anything wrong with using PAM-olive oil&nbsp; for frying quick recipes such as stir fry. My doctor recently gave me a great recipe for delicious stir fry.

I do not ee anything wrong with using PAM-olive oil  for frying quick recipes such as stir fry. My doctor recently gave me a great recipe for delicious stir fry.

Use of a small amount of PAM is ok.

Okey, there is nothing like greasy fried foods. they have a flavor of their own, but you can come pretty close by oven fried. Healthier by far.

And, I have to have spaghetti once a week. Although I did try to wheat pasta, and it was alright, but, a bit strange, I like those three color pastas, too. But, I am not sure they are any better than the regular pasta.
