We're eager to hear of Peterson has scored a bulls eye or missed the mark. Do you identify folk-rock as a kind of music you love? Who are your favorites? I'm not sure women are fabulously represented in his list... what do you think?

I am a fan of Simon and Garfunkle, and the Byrds, but, Bob Dylan never made me swoon.The  I could never understand why he was so popular.
Yes, you should feel guilty for leaving out the female singers in folk -rock. Where is Joan Baez, and Janis Joplin?  or did you just consider them folk only?
     This is a great list of female singers, and their sometimes sad stories?

I agree with The Byrds, Simon & Garfunkel, Fairport Convention. Never cared for REM or Dylan unless his songs were done by other artists. But where is The Lovin' Spoonful? Buffalo Springfield? Donovan?

I agree with The Byrds, Simon & Garfunkel, Fairport Convention. Never cared for REM or Dylan unless his songs were done by other artists. But where is The Lovin' Spoonful? Buffalo Springfield? Donovan?
