I can't remember the lyrics to this song,only the title"Does Your Chewing Gum Lose Its Flavor on the Bedpost Overnight",I think it came from Australia in the 60's Sue

In the 1970s, I liked the songs by Dickie Goodman, where he used snippets of popular songs and inserted them as answers to his questions for radio interview segments... like "Convention '72," "Mr. Jaws" and "Energy Crisis." I also remember "Convoy" by C.W. McCall about the CB radio craze, "Shaving Cream" by Benny Bell (originally from 1946 but re-released in 1975), "My Ding-a-ling" by Chuck Berry, and "Disco Duck" by Rick Dees ( which I really don't like, but it's permanently seared into my brain. :-) ).
