I'm currently listening to a lot of old school R&B, Jazz and Blues. There are a lot of good jazz music out these days by various artists. I listen to country as well. Having been a DJ for a number of years in the 80's my taste in music varies.

There is so much good music out there that there is not enough time in the day to listen to it all : 0 I like all kinds of music,, although blues and rock are my favs.

I'm listening to my Eagles CDs, best band ever, my favorite, saw them live & hope to again in '12. Also, Sirius radio, the 50's, 60's 70's, 80's, soul, classics. Never listen to local FM anymore. Buying old favorites from itunes, load on my IMac, burn CDs. Guess I'm not too cultured!

Actually... a friend has decided to hold a sing-through of Mozart's _La Clemenza di Tito_ on New Year's Eve, so I *should* be listening to the two arias I'll be singing... but instead I'm listening to instrumental music by Locatelli & Hayden, alternating with books on tape (I'm into the Jeeves books right now).

Actually I think that is what most of us do.. listen to our ipods or music players, to music we really like. I still listen to radio but more for new music. The Eagles are great. Hope you see them again this coming year : )
