I tried to get the Sr. rate for my new Verizon account and was told that to qualify there must be TWO people on the account! I am 68 and single, why must there be two people on the account to qualify? |

Why are you staying with Verizon? Consumer Cellular thru AARP is half the price, better customer service. Only draw backs are learning how to use a new phone and it's not International. The phone options through Consumer Cellular is limited, not the $400-500 ones you see at Verizon. You pay for the phone up front so there is no 2 year committment, month to month. Just received my phone, Huawei 8800 (pronounced WAAWEE), turns out it is almost an exact twin to my Verizon HTC Incredible2 (because Huawei make phones for HTC), my learning curve was next to nothing. Keep you old phone number, Consumer Cellular handles that for you, check them out, I am glad I did. |
