- Dawn Sweeney, President, AARP Services, Inc.
- Dawn is President of AARP Services, Inc. (ASI), a wholly-owned and independently operated subsidiary of AARP. AARP Services, Inc. is dedicated to providing high value products and services and supports positive social change through market innovation and leadership.
- Mark Carpenter, Director, Web Strategy & Operations, ASI
- Mark has been with AARP and ASI since 1994 and has been integral in the development of the Association's Internet strategies. In his current role, he is tasked with delivering an online presence for AARP that increases member relevancy, attracts new members, and serves the Association's social mission.
- Shereen Remez, Director, Knowledge Management, AARP
- Shereen directs AARP's Knowledge Management department which gathers and shares the information that helps fulfill AARP's need to know. Knowledge Management conducts extensive research — using focus groups, opinion surveys, and other means — that provides AARP staff with insights about members, prospective members, employees, and the general public.

- Amy Lee, Manager of Creative Web Development, ASI
- Amy is tasked with ensuring that the visual aspects of AARP’s website help us meet established member satisfaction goals. Before joining AARP, she was a principal of Ellipsis Partners, a group that provided strategic education, research and planning related to the Internet in the non-profit sector.
- Susannah Fox, Director of Research, Pew Internet Project
- Susannah is lead author on a number of Pew reports related to Internet use, including two that focus on our demographic. Her main areas of research include privacy and trust, health care, intellectual property, and older adults.
- Janice Nall, Chief, Communication Technologies Branch, National Cancer Institute
- Janice’s group has done numerous projects to assure the usability of National Cancer Institute websites. The Cancer Information part of the site, originally called CancerNet, was chosen as one of the 50 best Internet sites by CIO Magazine. Janice's group also created and maintains the extremely popular usability.gov website.
- Tom Tullis, Senior Vice President, Human Interface Design, Fidelity Investments
- Tom joined Fidelity in 1993 to help start a new department that focuses on continuously improving the usability of Fidelity's interactive systems and websites for adults of all ages. Tom has also taught a class related to older adults and usability at Bentley College.
- Walter Bender, Executive Director, MIT Media Labs
- Walter is a senior scientist, director of MIT’s Electronic Publishing group, and a member of the laboratory’s News in the Future consortium. Walter also directs the Gray Matters special interest group, which focuses on technology's impact on the aging population.
- Moderator: Ginny Redish, President, Redish & Associates, Inc.
- Ginny has been working with AARP for over a year to assist with its usability efforts. She is the author of two very well-known texts related to user-centered design and usability and is the former founder and director of the Document Design Center at the American Institutes for Research.
