So who better to explain the roots and history of Social Security than the man who brought it from infancy to adulthood? Robert Myers was Chief Actuary of the Social Security Administration from 1946 to 1970 and talks with host Mike Cuthbert about Social Security's past and how he sees the problems it faces now.
