Mentor Checklist

Some things to consider before volunteering for a mentoring program:
- In what area (academic, sports, arts, etc.) would you like to mentor a child, and for what age group?
- How much time can you give? It's often recommended you be able to participate for a full year. Hours spent per week vary among programs.
- Can you be available on weekdays?
- Are you able to provide transportation if needed?
