Dr Kimmo Leppo is the Director General of the Health Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in Finland.
Dr. Leppo is chair or member of numerous national committees, working parties and delegations on health policy development. He is a technical adviser to the World Health Organization in a number of fields related to health policies. He is a former member of the Executive Board of WHO.
He is member of the Social Protection Committee (SPC) of European Union and member of the High Level Group on Health Services and Medical Care.
