I want to purchase travel insurance. I will make three or four trips this year. Where can I get annual travel insurance at a reasonable rate?

One thing to keep in mind is that 3-4 trips per year is right on the cusp of when it makes sense to buy insurance for each individual trip versus yearly insurance.
