Hi, Peter, I enjoy your segments on the "Today Show." As to your column in the Sept.-Oct. AARP magazine—you said to write down the rental car agent's full name when you take digital pictures of the car. Why not take a picture of the agent in addition to getting a name? If it's a digital camera, that picture is easily deleted if you don't need it.

I have to say, Ann, this is quite a good idea. If you're already taking digital pics, getting one of the rental agent along with his or her name is a nice addition to your arsenal in case of any disputes.

One suggestion, though: Out of courtesy, you should ask your car-rental agent's permission before taking his or her photo.

But with that in mind, I think you've got a great idea. Thanks for sharing it.
