What to Do if Your Flight Is Delayed or Canceled

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you have Rule 240 on your side. Rule 240 states that in the event of a delay or cancellation for any reason other than weather, the airline must put you on a competitor's flight if it will get you there faster. But recent rule changes may have significantly lessened this loophole.
