Jim Harriott remembers Frances Langford, an actress and singer who starred in many films and earned fame on the radio airwaves. But Frances Langford's favorite gig was entertaining World War II troops as part of Bob Hope's famous USO Tours. She died recently in her Florida home at the age of 92.
