Transported from the manufacturing facility by truck, The Home Store’s additions arrive at the owner’s site completely framed with plumbing stubs, electrical wiring, insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchen and bath in place and ready to be set on a foundation and connected to an existing home by a qualified general contractor.

The Home Store can help customers to screen local contractors and provides a list of independent general contractors. In-law additions from The Home Store cost from $200 to $250 per square foot and can be finished after delivery in 30 to 45 days, once the permitting and permissions are obtained, product selections are made and the foundation is in place, according to the company.
