Are you caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia?  If so, you are not alone.  Families caring for someone with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases face many challenges.  These challenges can range from managing the various stages of the disease, dealing with difficult behaviors, finding the best home care or alternative living arrangements and finding the time to take care of yourself.  The list goes on.
