The jigsaw puzzle used to load just fine. Now it won't come up. What can I do?
This could be the result of a number of factors, including software updates or security settings. The first step to fix the problem would be to conduct a complete uninstall/reinstall of the Adobe Flash player.
To do this, go to the Control Panel, and then click on Add/Remove Programs. Locate the Adobe Flash player, and remove it completely. Next, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, and follow the directions to download and reinstall the application.
What programs or plug-ins do I need to run the games?
Programs like Flash and Shockwave allow us to deliver the most engaging, compelling and interesting entertainment content on the web. All games require Adobe Flash, and it can be found at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
I'm having trouble downloading or installing Flash or Shockwave. What can I do?

A game or puzzle is not loading on the screen. How can I fix it?
Puzzles can fail to load for different reasons. Below is a checklist for troubleshooting.
Clear your cache. (For instructions, see "How do I clear the cache?," below.)
Your browser must be set to allow cookies. (For instructions, see "How do I allow cookies?," below.)
You may need to install the plug-in (Flash) required to run the game. For instructions, go http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, and click on either the Flash download. Follow the directions provided.
How do I clear my cache?
In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, click on Internet Options, and click Delete Files. Go back, and reload the puzzle screen.
If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, please refer to your browser's Help section for information on how to clear the cache.
How do I allow cookies?
In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, choose Internet Options, and click the Privacy tab at the top. Then click Advanced, and check the boxes that allow cookies.
How do I enable Java?
In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, click on Internet Options, and click the Advanced tab at the top. Scroll down a bit, and look for Java on the list. Make sure that the box next to it is checked. If it is not checked, check the box. Click Apply, and then OK. Try to load the puzzle again.
If you don't see Java on the list by clicking on Internet Options and Advanced, you may not have the program installed on your machine. If that is the case, go to http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp to get a free download.
The puzzle is loading, but it's an old puzzle. Why isn't it loading the latest one?
Sometimes when your browser's cache is clogged with cookies, old puzzles keep reloading. Solve this problem by clearing the cache and deleting cookies.
Here is how you would do this in Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools. Click on Internet Options. Click Delete Cookies, then OK. Once that process has finished, click Delete Files, then OK. Go back, and reload the puzzle screen.
