What causes breast cancer? That question has begun to yield some answers, especially in the promising area of genetic clues. Now a top researcher is taking her work in a new direction, and asking for help from the general public.
Dr. Susan Love wrote The Breast Book, called by some "the Bible for women with breast cancer." Now she’s mobilizing women across the country to participate in research projects that focus on finding out why breast cancer begins and getting a better handle on who is at risk.
