  • Trade natural foods for processed ones to load up on iron, Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and other booster vitamins and minerals.
  •  Eat less, more often, to keep your energy supply steady.
  • Drink plenty of water every day to avoid energy-draining dehydration.
  • Set consistent bedtimes and wake-up times, so your body knows when to slow down.
  • Add quiet to your life, whether in the form of relaxing exercises, warm baths, or deep breathing.
  • Choose activities that challenge and revitalize you.
