With a few keystrokes and the click of a mouse, Americans can research the cars we're thinking of buying, find recommendations on movies, books and music and get the inside info on hot new restaurants. But finding reliable information online about doctors, hospitals and health care providers isn't nearly as easy. Archelle Georgiou, an adviser to Healthgrades, a company that develops and markets quality and safety ratings for the health care industry, talks about some surprising new studies, and how these findings can help people make better decisions when it comes to their health care.
