Long Term Services and Supports State Scorecard

What do we mean when we talk about long term services and supports (LTSS)?  What constitutes a high performing state LTSS system?  These questions will be addressed in a forthcoming project sponsored by the AARP Public Policy Institute and funded by The Commonwealth Fund and The SCAN Foundation.  PPI is in the process of developing data indicators designed to evaluate each state’s performance in delivering LTSS and to measure progress over time.  The attached document provides a brief description of the project, scheduled to be released in June, 2011.
