Storytellers Needed: Help Tell AARP’s Story

AARP Oklahoma is looking for energetic volunteers to help with communications projects. If you like speaking in front of people, doing interviews with the media or working on social media projects including Facebook, Twitter & YouTube, we want to hear from you!

From Green Country to Frontier Country, Kiamichi Country to Red Carpet Country, we're building a select team who'll be trained to help spread the AARP message statewide. In addition to regular trainings and briefings, you'll have the opportunity to meet new people from all parts of the state work with our volunteer Executive Council and the AARP Oklahoma State Staff.

AARP inspires and empowers people to improve the quality of their own lives and the lives of their families, and celebrates the power and passion they have to strengthen their communities.

Whether you have past experience working in communications or are looking for a new challenge, contact us today to discuss if this is the right volunteer opportunity for you! Please contact us by October 31st.

Contact Craig Davis, Associate State Director, Communications, at cedavis@aarp.org or toll free at 1-866-295-7277.
