That's the challenge put forward by Mentoring USA, a non-profit that matches successful and caring grownups with youngsters in need of direction and support.

Prime Time Radio host Mike Cuthbert talks with founder Matilda Raffa Cuomo and actor and author Charles Grodin, who is active with the group.

Grodin's latest book is a biography that also touches on the magic of mentoring. It's titled "How I Got To Be Whoever It Is I Am."
