The Greening of Black America

The rural south is home to many low-income African-American communities. For one South Carolina man, holding onto what’s important in his life means creating opportunities for others. He does this by joining the new green economy to reduce poverty for farmers living in the south.
 
My Generation introduces us to this local hero who is helping to create what’s called the “greening of black America.”
