Six Super Foods

In an effort to counter a proposal by British scientist to ingest a "cocktail" of six known drugs, referred to as the "Polypill," Dutch scientists put together a list of foods, called the "Polymeal," that could significantly reduce chances of heart disease if eaten regularly — without the use of drugs. The list includes almonds, fish, garlic, fruits and veggies, wine, and dark chocolate.
