AARP Foundation Leadership


The AARP Foundation Board of Directors is composed of seven individuals, and includes four members of the AARP Board of Directors and the CEO of AARP.

Board members are elected to serve two-year terms. These individuals are leaders in their fields and usually hold other positions with the boards of foundations, associations, and a variety of public and private organizations. They are selected based on their record of achievement and commitment to the issues of interest to the AARP Foundation and represent the rich diversity of the American population. For the 2004-2006 Biennium, the AARP Foundation Board of Directors is composed of the following people:
