Serving size: 1 tablespoon
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, seeds removed
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, seeds removed
- 1 tomato, seeded
- 1/2 Caribbean culantro leaf
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until mixture is soft, then store in refrigerator.
