Wild Mushroom and Navy Bean Soup

This recipe calls for wild mushrooms, but be sure to get them at the market and not in your backyard, to avoid any toxic ingredients. If you can't find wild mushrooms, try a mix of meaty cremini and oyster mushrooms, which are widely available.
