    This pizza is loaded with mushrooms and provides a good opportunity to explore some of the many varieties available in markets beyond the common button mushroom. Try the exotic oyster or cremini mushrooms for a new flavor sensation. This recipe calls for making pizza on the grill, which is great if you are having a party this evening. If you prefer, it's easy to adapt the recipe for your kitchen oven.
