    Millet Vegetable Soup

    For those of us who want to learn how to incorporate more whole grains in our diet, millet is a good place to start. It is a wonderful ingredient in soups, acting as a thickening agent, along with providing a good source of fiber.

    Dinner:
    Macaroni and Four Cheese  

    Serve up a little less fat with this macaroni and cheese that cleverly disguises pureed squash in with the cheese.
