Breakfast:

Take a break from donuts and the usual breakfast pastries for a different kind of treat. These delicious confections featuring dried cherries and almonds are delicious for breakfast, dessert or a snack any time of day. Add some fresh fruit, a cappuccino and start the day.
Lunch:
Black Bean Mango Salad With Adobo Dressing
Black beans pair deliciously with mango in this easy salad. You can cut back on the spicy chile or omit it if you prefer.
Dinner:
Fresh Pasta With Braised Artichokes, Fava Beans and Peas
Feel free to substitute frozen artichoke hearts if you can't find fresh artichokes at your local market. But the fresh pasta, available in most supermarket deli cases, is worth the splurge.
