    Try these meatless Monday recipes that make the most of late summer produce to cut saturated fat and calories from your diet.

    Breakfast:
    Fruit Smoothie

    You can't go wrong with bananas, mangos and coconut milk (look for low-fat coconut milk). Chef Jamie Oliver adds a pinch of cardamom for a new twist on this refreshing breakfast smoothie.

    Lunch:
    Avocado and Tomato Sandwich on 7-Grain

    A light drizzle of salad dressings are delicious on sandwiches, as well as salads. Especially vegetarian sandwiches like this one, which calls for a bit of Russian dressing to give it extra punch. If you prefer something like a low-fat ranch, try that.

    Dinner:
