    Turkey Tortilla Wrap


    1 whole wheat flour burrito style tortilla, warmed

    1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard

    2 ounces roasted turkey breast deli slices

    1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce

    1/4 cup chopped tomato

    2-3 thinly sliced red onion rings

    1-2 pepperoncini, sliced


    1. Place the warm tortilla on a plate. Spread with mustard and top with turkey. Layer the lettuce, tomato, onion rings and pepperoncini on top of the turkey.

    2. Fold the tortilla in half like a taco. Serve with 1/2 cup refried beans.
