Miso-Spiked Vegetable Soup With Barley

Miso is a traditional Japanese paste made of fermented soy beans, rice or barley that adds a delicious, earthy flavor to this soup. Miso is widely available in the Asian section of your supermarket and keeps well in the refrigerator.

Dinner:

Gruyere Tart
