    Blueberry Dessert Sauce

    Serves 8 (about 2 cups)

    2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1. In a medium-size saucepan, heat the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon water over medium heat until the berries soften, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and chill.

    2. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.
