Guy's Great Eats with Less Grease

Deep fried wings, steaming-hot pepperoni pizza, belly-busting burgers…even if that menu sounds good to your stomach it may not always sit well with the rest of your body. But what if you could get all that great taste and still be healthy? Well, you can. Just ask celebrity chef Guy Fieri.

Best known as the champion of cardio-clogging cuisine, Guy's television programs often showcase roadside dining temptations that are not always what the doctor ordered. But believe it or not, this culinary rock-star has a personal passion for creating better eating habits that are still satisfying. By modifying your menu plan, eating in moderation and finding creative supplements to include in your favorite dishes, Guy says it's still possible to cut down on fat and heed your cravings. Have a hankering for some fried chicken? Try this: "Go get some chicken tenders, hit it with a little egg wash, put some crispy cereal on it and bake it in the oven," Guys says. "The chicken is cooked, the crunch is there."

My Generation's Bill Boggs meets with the celebrity chef at the Atlantic City Food Festival to discover some mouth-watering ways to cut those calories.
